Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the wb33 platform — including the website at wb33.club, the Android mobile application, or any associated service — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the wb33 platform, including registered account holders, guests browsing the site, and any person accessing wb33 services from within Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction. wb33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. wb33 operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play and player protection. Eligibility & Age Restriction

wb33 employs rigorous age and identity verification procedures as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. We reserve the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity — including a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document — from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by our compliance team will result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the wb33 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address, valid email address, and a mobile number registered in your name. You agree to notify wb33 promptly of any changes to this information by contacting our support team.

1. One account per person: Only one account is permitted per individual, household, IP address, device, and payment method. wb33 uses automated systems to detect and flag duplicate account activity.
2. Accurate information: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
3. Account credentials: You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your username or password with any other person. wb33 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
4. KYC verification: Before processing any withdrawal, wb33 may require you to complete a full KYC verification by submitting a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. This process protects both the player and the platform against fraud and identity theft.
5. Account currency: All wb33 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in BDT via supported payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

wb33 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, collusion, abuse of promotional offers, or a breach of any clause within these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, any pending withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending investigation.

Deposits & Withdrawals

wb33 offers a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

1. Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and may be returned to the originating payment method, subject to processing times.
2. Deposit methods: Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and major international cards including Visa and Mastercard. Availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.
3. Deposit processing: bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited to your wb33 wallet within 30 seconds. Bank card deposits may take up to 15 minutes to reflect, depending on your card issuer's processing times.
4. Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
5. Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit on your account. wb33 does not transfer withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not previously used for deposits.
6. Withdrawal processing times: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 1 to 5 minutes of approval. Bank card withdrawals may take 1 to 5 business days depending on your card issuer.
7. Verification requirement: All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Unverified accounts will have withdrawals placed on hold until the required documentation is submitted and approved by our compliance team.
8. Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that are legally owned by you. The use of third-party payment accounts, borrowed funds, or proceeds from unlawful activities to fund your wb33 account is strictly prohibited.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer at the time it is made available to players.

7. Win Drop prize pool: The Win Drop feature operates under its own specific ruleset, published on the Win Drop page. Participation in Win Drop constitutes acceptance of those specific rules in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.
8. Modification of promotions: wb33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already opted in to an active promotion at the time of modification will be notified of material changes via account notification or email.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The wb33 platform offers sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), live casino games, slots, crash games, and other gaming products. The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on the platform:

1. Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by wb33. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at our sole discretion, including where a bet is placed in error, where odds have been published incorrectly, or where suspicious betting patterns are detected.
2. Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all betting markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may vary by event, game type, and account status.
3. Odds and results: All cricket and sports betting odds are set by the wb33 trading team and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. Once a bet has been accepted and a confirmation reference number issued, the odds are locked. Results are determined by the official governing body for each sport (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, BPL organisers for Bangladesh Premier League fixtures).
4. In-play betting: Live in-play betting is available on selected markets. wb33 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time during an event without notice. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.
5. Game integrity: All slot games, table games, and instant-win products on the wb33 platform use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). wb33 does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances.
6. System errors: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or data feed error that results in an incorrect outcome or odds display, wb33 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. No winnings paid as a result of a manifest error will be honoured.
7. Disconnection policy: If your internet connection is interrupted during a live game session or in-play betting event, wb33 accepts no liability for resulting losses. Where technically possible, games will resume from their last confirmed state upon reconnection.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wb33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

1. Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud wb33 or other players, including through chargebacks, false identity claims, manipulation of game outcomes, or submission of forged documents during KYC verification.
2. Money laundering: Using the wb33 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, or to obscure the origin of funds through gambling transactions. wb33 is committed to full anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance and reports suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
3. Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one account on the wb33 platform, whether to circumvent account restrictions, claim duplicate bonuses, or for any other purpose.
4. Automated software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage over wb33's systems or other players.
5. Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share strategy in real-time during live casino sessions, or exploit bonus offers cooperatively in breach of these terms.
6. Underage gambling: Allowing or assisting any person under 18 years of age to access the wb33 platform or use your account for any purpose.
7. Exploitation of errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or data feed errors to place bets or play games at incorrect odds or payouts. Any winnings derived from exploitation of errors will be voided.
8. Abuse of staff: Using offensive, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward wb33 customer support staff or other members of the wb33 community via any communication channel.

Account Closure & Suspension

wb33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

1. Breach of any clause within these Terms & Conditions.
2. Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
3. Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documents within the required timeframe.
4. Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same individual, household, or device.
5. Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder via our responsible gaming tools.
6. A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure or fund freezing.
7. Inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account fees may apply as communicated in account notifications prior to deduction.

If you wish to close your own account voluntarily, you may do so at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds.
